The 2023 Pinghu Industrial Chain High-Quality Development Signing Conference Was Held.

On September 8, Danghu Subdistrict in Pinghu hosted the 4th High-Quality Economic Development Conference—“Gathering Wisdom for a Bright Future: Digital Innovation Shapes Tomorrow”—along with a signing ceremony for economic and trade investment projects. This event marked another grand occasion for Danghu Subdistrict to showcase its achievements in high-quality development and promote its business environment.

At the event, three key projects—the Modern Service Industry Park, the Pinghu Software Industry Park, and Cainiao Cloud Warehouse—were promoted. In addition, four entrepreneurs—Song Wenchao, Jiang Jianping, Ying Huipeng, and Ping Jie—were appointed as investment promotion ambassadors for Danghu Subdistrict.

It is worth noting that this event also saw the signing of economic and trade investment projects. The 10 economic and trade investment projects signed this time cover a variety of sectors, including modern commerce, technology, service industries, and talent development, with a total investment exceeding 160 million yuan.

In recent years, Danghu Subdistrict has remained committed to building a new high ground for modern service industries, adopting a high-level planning approach and pursuing high-quality implementation. It has developed several industrial platforms, including the Pinghu CBD Business District, the Hongni Urban-style Industrial Demonstration Zone, and the Changsheng Road Commerce and Trade Park, thereby establishing an industrial development pattern centered on modern services and supported by urban-style industry. Last year, the subdistrict achieved a gross production value of 17.005 billion yuan, with added value from the service sector reaching 15.615 billion yuan. To date, the subdistrict has cumulatively designated six star-rated office buildings in Jiaxing (including two five-star buildings). It has also successfully been recognized as Zhejiang Province’s Innovation Development Zone for Modern Service Industries, a Specialized Street for New Digital Lifestyle Services, a Specialized Street for Modern Commerce, and one of Jiaxing’s Top Ten Towns (Subdistricts) in Service Industry Development. For three consecutive years, the subdistrict has ranked among the top performers in Jiaxing’s competition among 71 towns (subdistricts) for high-quality service industry development, and this year, in the first half of the year, it even secured the top spot.

Next, Danghu Subdistrict will remain committed to its goal of building a “new high ground for modern service industries,” and has established an industrial development framework centered on modern service industries and supported by urban-oriented manufacturing, striving to lead the way and excel in promoting high-quality economic development.
