“Honoring Our Roots, Remembering Our Origins!” The “Bao Ben Si Yuan” Talent Service Outpost in Pinghu (Shanghai) Officially Unveiled and Put into Operation.

Recently, the Pinghu (Shanghai) Talent Service Flying Zone—Bao Ben Si Yuan—was successfully inaugurated and put into operation in Minhang, Shanghai. Attending the inauguration ceremony were Chen Jianping, Chief Scientist of the 973 Program; Gu Xiyao, Secretary-General of the Alumni Association of Shanghai Jiao Tong University; other experts from Shanghai universities and park leaders; Yan Hairong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee and Minister of Organization; Zhang Yaowu, Director of the Provincial Science and Technology Exchange and Talent Service Center; as well as relevant officials from the Organization Department of the Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and the Office of the Mayor. Also present were Pinghu city leaders Zhong Xudong, Cui Xiaosheng, and Yang Jinping.

Yan Hairong, member of the Standing Committee of the Jiaxing Municipal Party Committee and Minister of Organization, and Zhong Xudong, Secretary of the Pinghu Municipal Party Committee, jointly unveiled the opening of the Pinghu (Shanghai) Talent Service Outpost. Zhong Xudong, Secretary of the Pinghu Municipal Party Committee, pointed out that in recent years, Pinghu has consistently placed talent development at the forefront of its strategic priorities, continuously refining its talent policy framework, and steadily unleashing the innovative and entrepreneurial vitality of its talented individuals, thus creating a remarkable era in which the city and its talents mutually achieve and complement each other.

Zhong Xudong emphasized that yesterday’s Pinghu, “with its proximity to water and a pavilion overlooking the moon,”—“leaning against Shanghai and facing the sea”—has taken the lead in taking “new steps” toward the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta region in its talent initiatives. Today, Pinghu, “welcoming all streams to converge into rivers and seas,” continues to demonstrate its utmost sincerity through the most favorable talent policies, builds the strongest magnetic appeal with the most robust industrial platforms, and nurtures the best ecosystem by upholding the highest service standards, thus steadily advancing its talent work to new heights as a “talent hub of the Yangtze River Delta.” Tomorrow, as the “great peng bird soars on the same wind,” Pinghu’s talent initiatives will surely reach “new heights” as a “shining gem among the key central cities of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.”

At the inauguration ceremony, Bozhan Qianyan (Shanghai) New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and Xincang Town, together with Shanghai Jiao Tong University Science Park, Jiuyou Capital Management Co., Ltd., and the Science and Technology Bureau, signed a project agreement.
