Product function
FINANO® filter nanofibers are filtration materials with nanoscale dimensions, prepared using advanced flash-spinning technology. Their core value lies in the creation of an ultrafine fiber mesh structure, which provides an air filtration solution characterized by ultra-high precision, ultra-high efficiency, and exceptionally long service life.

Analysis of the Product's Core Technology

Multi-scale pore structure regulation: By employing a unique pore-forming strategy and carefully controlling the stacking arrangement of fibers, we have created multi-scale pores ranging from the nanometer to micrometer level. This structural design significantly boosts the material’s specific surface area, enhancing its adsorption and retention capabilities. In some materials, the specific surface area even rivals that of activated carbon, earning them the nickname “white activated carbon.”

Material Composites and Functionalization: Our technology enables the incorporation of materials with different functionalities—such as antimicrobial agents and catalytic materials—either into the fiber matrix or onto its surface, thereby endowing filtration materials with additional functions including antimicrobial, antiviral, and catalytic decomposition of organic substances, and paving the way toward smart, responsive filtration materials.

All products along the entire line are customizable, with a short development cycle and low sampling costs.

Technical barriers
There is a significant gap between the laboratory preparation of nanofiber materials and their scalable, stable industrial production. Through long-term technological research and development, we have established the following core barriers:

Precision Equipment and Process Control
To achieve continuous and stable mass production of nanofibers, there are extremely high requirements for the precision and stability of production equipment, as well as for environmental temperature and humidity control and the conveying system. We have developed a wide-format production line with independent intellectual property rights, which has successfully addressed the challenges mentioned above.

Material System and Formulation Optimization
For different application scenarios—such as air filtration and water treatment—we need to develop specific polymer materials and solvent system formulations. With our extensive materials database and rich formulation experience, we are able to tailor-make the most suitable filtration solutions for our customers.

Deep integration of industry, academia, and research
We maintain close collaboration with leading research institutions to ensure that our technology R&D always stays at the international forefront and that the latest laboratory findings can be rapidly translated into industrialized products.

Application scenarios

Q&A
Q:
Can FINANO® filter nanofibers be washed with water or reused?
A:
This depends on the specific product type. For nanofiber filters that primarily rely on their physical structure for filtration, some products do indeed offer washability and reusability. However, for filter materials with added special chemical functions, you’ll need to refer to the product instructions to confirm the appropriate maintenance procedures. Please consult our technical engineers for specific maintenance recommendations for your product.
Q:
In what direction will future nanofiber filtration technology develop?
A:
Future trends are functional integration, green sustainability, and intelligentization. For example:
Smart Response: Develop “smart” filter materials that can automatically adjust their filtration performance based on ambient humidity and pollutant concentrations.
Green materials: Biobased and biodegradable polymers are being increasingly adopted to reduce environmental impact.
Multifunctional integration: Integrating functions such as filtration, sensing, catalysis, and energy harvesting into a single device to enable broader applications.
